Some of my favourite shots by @youcallmecory at @wickedwoodsmusicfestival last month! ✨ 🎶

I think this festival somehow gets better every year. So stoked and honoured to be a part of the aerial team this year! Had waaaay too much fun. 💪

The last shot was from my attempt at doing aerial pole in the rain. It lasted approximately 10 seconds before I slid down the pole completely and realized aerial pole in the rain is not possible 😂 at least I tried 🤷‍♀️ by @flying.spark_

Ooooo I could have gone ON and gotten reeeeal specific here..

Basically, everything I do requires a different fit 👚 🩳 this is it, in a nutshell 🥜

Had way too much fun in the creation of this video 🤩

Except the part where the whole reel deleted and I had to start again from scratch. Boo to that 👎 by @flying.spark_

BURSTING because I finally got THEE skill today!! 💪

Okay this is the skill I looked at a year and a bit ago, when I first started on this journey and was like WHOA 🤯 if you can do that skill then you’ve MADE it as an aerial pole person, and you’re officially a professional BADASS.

I tried it and couldn’t get it and have been drilling and conditioning over the past year. 💪

Then recently, I saw a video of the incredibly badass @sarahtheaerialist doing this, was immediately re-inspired and said to myself “Okay Erica, today is the DAY!”. I made the decision and holy shitttttt I did it. Excuse me as I’m still giddy as HECCCK about this 😁

I squealed and might have even shed a tear 🥲 😆

Shoutout to the best hype woman EVER @keekskcheeks for walking by right after this happened and revelling in the delight with me 🥰🫶

It’s not uncommon for people to come up to me at the gym and be like “what do you do with your life and WHY is this your gym routine?” 😆

It’s hilarious when it isn’t annoying (which is most of the time). 🤷‍♀️

Anyone else do weird shit at the gym people approach you about? 😂 💪 by @flying.spark_

@zengardenfestival, you were incredible! ✨ 🪴

Such a beautiful, artistic festival. Had so much fun cruising around with @the.flowarrior dancing, entertaining and fun-police arresting people 👮🤣

Thanks @kit.kat.that for the cute video! 🎥 by @flying.spark_

✨ Wicked Wooooooods 🌲

I captured almost no content from this incredible weekend, I was too damn present 👀

But, THIS. THIS was a HIGHLIGHT of my weekend! ✨

I got to be a part of the first ever, official aerial team at Wicked Woods! Truly incredible to get to share a new art form, a huge new passion of mine on such an incredible stage with such an incredible crowd 💃 🤯

Here are some snippets! 🎥

Thank you @wickedwoodsmusicfestival for having me, and big thanks to @carmenxelektra for managing and coordinating the aerial team! 👏 👏

This month last year, I tried a new apparatus. I was immediately humbled - my skin was ripped off, I hurt my shoulder, I was burned and nauseated and dizzzzzy like never before 🤮

Now I love the beast 💪

Happy 1 year aerial-pole-iversary to meeeee! 🎉 by @flying.spark_

7 months and many shrieks of frustration later, my website is OFFICIALLY released! 🤩 🎉

And I did it myself! I did not use AI - instead I used my brain and I fumbled and flailed through it, and learned a hell of a lot on the way 🤔 😩

It’s not perfect; some of the writing is awkward and some of the design isn’t quite right. I know I will continuously be tweaking it as I go, and I’m really excited to see what it will look like in 5 years.

I’m ALSO really proud of myself for sticking to it, and coming up with something beautiful and awesome! 🤩

Check it out! Link is in my bio 🔗 and let me know your thoughts/feedback if any!
