Serving Lines and Feels at Pacific & After Dark 2026 @polesportorg first ever Aerial Pole Competition and relishing every minute. I love a perspective from the wings. Thanks to @nyct0.phil1ac for capturing these images 😍. The matte black pole almost disappears and gives an illusion that I am floating in some of the shapes. Trying to give contemporary ballet vibes in the air 🩰 🪽 🦢 Inspo stems from the effortless gracefulness of @alysaxliu skating to Promise by @laufey at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Much love and thanks to my teachers, studios, fellow competitors, family, and training polemates keeping me strong and inspired along the way. @coastalflowoc @shesflyd @palomita.pole @nei_gi @y.unapole @southcoastconservatory @sccdancetv @jessa_live2perform @pryntsevballet @debra.dance @coastaledgelagree @sweathouseoc @pragon_wee @timchansd @spindeezle @christina.in.the.sky @juliecdance @bossy._.bossyi . My soul mate @timbarnes10, son Lincoln, and to my daughter @genevieve_aerial who makes sure my lines and toes are in check. Thank you all 🩷 🙏 🤍 🙏 🩷

Sharing a pretty no hands no knee hook shape in this #pdnoinvertcombo with a #pdtruegripayesha taught by boss lady @shesflyd in Whirlpole 2 @coastalflowoc 🩵 Music inspired by her too 🌌

I found these clips from an open gym session taken days before my recent competition. While I probably should have been doing run throughs, I found myself just wanting to play and experiment. I loved exploring the full space @southcoastconservatory doing different spins and entries with the pole rigged in a higher position. No bracket climbs. Great not worrying about my legs hitting any mirrors or windows too.

Rediscoverying this entry into brass. Years ago a beloved teacher of mine @therealwendylee @bespun taught me this brass entry from genie. Wendy is an angel among us now 😢 🫂 🩷 Wendy's classes brought me joy and life. I loved her contagious smile and zest for life. I'm gradually trying to retrain skills she taught me years ago. For me it is a way of keeping her memory alive. From class with @nei_gi and @palomita.pole this week @coastalflowoc, I am incorporating the skills into a new combo on flying pole. #polerina #flyingpole #aerialpole #pdbrassmonkeyvariation #poleangel by @flying_polerina

How incredible it was to fly at an outdoor aerial oasis @solaerialarts while visiting wine country in Temecula, CA! I was graciously welcomed by a beautifully talented aeriallina @bella.aeriallina . Fortunately, I packed my @aerialangelworld Flying Pole. I loved teaching Bella some of her first skills on flying pole. She's a natural and has the same desire for clean ballet lines in the air. Can't wait to return and teach a flying pole workshop at @solaerialarts. 🧡🩰 🪽

Sometimes the best plans happen when you’re open to meeting someone new… and then you find out she’s just as obsessed with ballet lines as you are. 🥹🩰

Meet Heather! She’s incredible at flying pole, and I had SO much fun creating with her. I think we might need to start forming some aeriallinas at SOL… 👀✨

Be honest: who would come to a flying pole workshop with Heather this November?! Drop a 🩰 in the comments if you’d be in! 🧡

Presenting my first PSO Pacific Pole @polesportorg performance ✨️ 🧚‍♀️ I competed in their first ever Aerial Pole Competition, bringing home Bronze 🥉! The category could not have been any broader, combining all levels, all ages, and all genders. Can't believe I shared the stage with a World Pole Champion, a flying pole phenomenon @pragon_wee!

After many years of training pole, I took my first flying pole class last October when a gorgeous new studio @coastalflowoc opened in Orange County. I was hooked because I found an apparatus that allowed me to train with my aerial daughter @genevieve_aerial @southcoastconservatory. She was my inspiration to venture into the competitive aerial world. Before this year, I never graced a stage as a soloist.

Many thanks to boss lady @shesflyd who helped fine tune this routine and my incredible instructors @palomita.pole , @nei_gi , @y.unapole just to name a few, who have trained me over this last year. Shout out to the my beautiful PSO training buddies @christina.in.the.sky, @juliecdance , and @bossy._.bossyi! This routine Promise is officially retired, the burns on my inner thigh from the silicone need to heal.

Having fun playing and training @southcoastconservatory while my daughter is in her Aerial Conservatory classes in the next studio space. This song Book of Days was playing in the first circular pass. It takes me back to high school. The song moved me to fill up the space, thus my legs didn't make it the frame.

Some behind the scenes footage of a bluff top photo shoot at San Clemente Beach. My daughter @genevieve_aerial was beautifullly photographed on aerial silks. Incredible day sharing this experience with her 🩵 Thank you to @aerialucy @freedomaerial for helping organize this shoot with the help of @avalonalayne too. Thanks to @constantine_ca for capturing this memorable day.
