Presenting my first PSO Pacific Pole @polesportorg performance ✨️ 🧚‍♀️ I competed in their first ever Aerial Pole Competition, bringing home Bronze 🥉! The category could not have been any broader, combining all levels, all ages, and all genders. Can't believe I shared the stage with a World Pole Champion, a flying pole phenomenon @pragon_wee!

After many years of training pole, I took my first flying pole class last October when a gorgeous new studio @coastalflowoc opened in Orange County. I was hooked because I found an apparatus that allowed me to train with my aerial daughter @genevieve_aerial @southcoastconservatory. She was my inspiration to venture into the competitive aerial world. Before this year, I never graced a stage as a soloist.

Many thanks to boss lady @shesflyd who helped fine tune this routine and my incredible instructors @palomita.pole , @nei_gi , @y.unapole just to name a few, who have trained me over this last year. Shout out to the my beautiful PSO training buddies @christina.in.the.sky, @juliecdance , and @bossy._.bossyi! This routine Promise is officially retired, the burns on my inner thigh from the silicone need to heal.
