✈️ Officially a commercial pilot👩‍✈️

This journey has been so much more than just learning to fly. It has tested me in ways I didn’t expect, both mentally and through many reroutes & challenges along the way. There have been moments of doubt and days when motivation was nowhere to be found, especially while navigating the circumstances life has thrown my way since moving to Norway. But even through it all, I kept looking for solutions, continued showing up, stayed disciplined, and remained true to my goal 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to every single instructor who has been part of this journey. Thank you for your time, patience, knowledge, and dedication to teaching me. Without you this journey would not have been possible. Each of you played a huge role in my training & growth 🫶

I’m also incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me through the challenges, and being part of this journey. Your support has meant more than words can express ❤️

I’ve also had the privilege of meeting many amazing people along the way, making this journey even more special ⭐️

Becoming a pilot wasn’t a common or widely pursued path for women in Ukraine 🇺🇦 Growing up there, pursuing a career in aviation meant daring to follow a dream that felt far from reach. Completing my commercial pilot training in Norway 🇳🇴 became more than an educational achievement — it became a personal milestone, a step beyond my comfort zone 💫

After completing two bachelor degrees earlier in life, I still struggled with the feeling that something was missing. But now, after becoming a commercial pilot I can look back with a deep sense of fulfillment - not only because I achieved this goal, but because I dared to dream big and found the courage to accomplish what I had set out to do 📚 ✈️

A dream that once felt so far away is now a reality🛩️

Congratulations, Tetiana! ✈️🎉

Yesterday, Tetiana Sergan successfully passed her CPL/ME/IR skill test, a major milestone towards her dream of becoming an airline pilot!

Tetiana joined Oslo Flight Academy with her ATPL theory exams completed and around 50 hours of flight experience. Through our modular programme, she earned her PPL, built her flying experience and completed her commercial, multi engine and instrument flight training.

Her journey has taken determination, hard work and perseverance through circumstances far more challenging than pilot training alone. Seeing her reach this milestone makes us especially proud 💚

Next up is APS MCC with us! Congratulations from all of us at Oslo Flight Academy, Tetiana. Enjoy this well deserved moment. We look forward to continuing the journey with you! 👏✈️

I didn’t choose the easy path. I chose the sky 🛩️
Nobody hands you the wings - you earn them.

Early mornings. Long hours. Financial stress. Doubt…
And still - you show up.

Every challenge is another reason to push harder.
Every setback tests your determination.
Every hour in the cockpit shapes you into the pilot you’re meant to be.

True pilots are built in the moments when giving up is easier, but they find the strength to carry on ✈️

The journey is tough, but definitely worth it!

A big part of becoming a pilot is learning how to adapt when the route suddenly changes.

Not every chapter goes according to plan, and sometimes you are forced to find a new direction when you least expect it. But every chapter matters, and every challenge becomes part of the foundation for what comes next ✈️

Even though it ended in a rough and unexpected way, I want to hold on to some of the good memories from that time - when things felt clearer than they do today, and the path ahead felt structured & within reach.

It was never just about the training. It was about purpose, discipline, and building something I truly believed in.

Things didn’t turn out the way I expected, and that chapter came to an abrupt stop with the school’s bankruptcy. But it doesn’t take away what aviation meant - or what it still means to me ✈️
