Still wrapping my head around handing out my first full-time salary offer this week for @bywaycoffee.co . I’ve been able to do 3 rounds of raises and bonuses already for the entire team, but creating a full-time role this big feels like a whole new level of responsibility.

Getting to build a company where people can grow with us is easily one of the best parts of running this trailer.

Thank you guys for buying coffee and making this possible. 🤍 by @flywith_ave

The saxophones are playing LOUD as I’m typing this caption 😂

❗️Everyone is safe❗️

Yesterday, my friend Maeve and I were involved in a collision caused by a distracted driver.

You guys have watched me be embarrassingly excited about this Bronco for the last month 😂 I finally bought my dream car, spent forever getting all the mods done exactly how I wanted them, and literally got it back finished TWO WEEKS AGO.

So yes… the timing is objectively insane.

But the more I sit with it, the more I realize this was never really about the car.

The car was just the tangible thing at the end of years of working toward something that once felt really far away.

It was about working for years toward something that used to feel so far away. Building businesses. Taking risks. Making a million hard decisions. Creating jobs. Taking care of my team. Becoming someone who could finally do something really big for herself after working so hard for everybody else.

The Bronco was just the receipt.

The car can be replaced.

What it represented can’t be taken from me.

So yes, I will be mourning her dramatically 😂 but mostly I’m just really freaking grateful Maeve and I are okay.

And apparently we are entering another character development season against my will!!! by @flywith_ave
