You don't have to go to Hollywood to find a movie set. 🎬
ㅤ
Plenty of things have filmed here, like commercials, TV and even movies. BlackBerry shot its airport scenes right at our gates. 18 to 35, built on the joke everyone already makes about our name, found its way to us too. We even played three different U.S. airports in one week for a mystery holiday shoot nobody's ever named.
ㅤ
And now, Loved Ones — the new short film from @kemeproductions — will have its world premiere at @fcfilmfestival, with a few familiar shots of us right in it.
ㅤ
Turns out the story's been happening right under our runway. 🍿✈️

One terminal. A hundred different reasons to be here. All of them worth the trip.

This is why we do what we do.

Airport questions you never thought you'd ask #1: What happens to your bag after it disappears behind the wall? 👀

It gets barcode-tagged to your flight the moment you check it, rides a conveyor system that scans and sorts it automatically, then gets loaded to match your plane — because getting your bag on your flight isn't just nice, it's required.
ㅤ
Land, and it's back on a belt near your gate. Scanned, sorted, sent on the same trip you were. 🧳

Whats your airport question? Leave it below.

Hot take: flying in pajamas might be a little too 2010s.

No judgment, we've all done it. But 2026 comfort looks a little different — joggers, a good hoodie, sneakers you can actually walk in. Still comfy, just... dressed for it.

Are you team "elevated comfort" or team "pajamas forever"? Tell us below.

Just landed at YXU? Here's what we’d want someone to tell us.
ㅤ
1.) Uber and Lyft pick up at the north end of arrivals. Just walk out and look for the signs.
ㅤ
2.) Downtown is 15-20 minutes away. Expect to pay $20-25 for a rideshare or taxi.
ㅤ
3.) Renting a car? Avis, Enterprise National, and Budget are all in the terminal. No shuttle needed.
ㅤ
4.) Getting picked up? Short-term parking is right across from arrivals.
ㅤ
5.) Have a few hours before your next flight or meeting? Walk the Thames pathway downtown, then grab something at Covent Garden Market.
ㅤ
Welcome to London. We're glad you're here.

Goodbye to a summer full of people worth flying for. 💙

Who did you fly to see this year?

Clapping when the plane lands is correct. The pilot stuck the landing, and you're pretending that's not worth acknowledging?
ㅤ
If you've ever been annoyed at someone clapping, you're the one missing out, not them.

There's no real cure for a case of the Mondays.

But booking a flight somewhere warm comes pretty close.
