😂 Next week I’ll post a video of me turning a tap on so you can explain where the water comes from. Stay tuned, professor. ❤️#fmplumbingservices taken in Sydney, Australia by @fm_plumbing_services

Roughing in smarter, faster, and cleaner.

On this project we’re using the Robusto pipe system from @plumberscoop.trade together with the Nog Pro by @3dpro.melbourne.

The right tools & equipment help us deliver a better result, more efficiently.

Every pipe accurately positioned. Every fixing secure. Every rough-in completed with the finish in mind.

At FM Plumbing Services, we’re always looking for better ways to deliver quality workmanship for our clients.

🚨 Hidden under your house but guaranteed to cause problems down the track.

On this bathroom renovation we uncovered some seriously non-compliant drainage work:

❌ No pipe supports or brackets installed
❌ Flat junctions throughout the system
❌ Multiple fixtures connected into a single 4-way riser

Drainage isn’t something you see but poor installation can lead to blockages, slow drainage, maintenance issues, venting issues and costly repairs in the future.

This is exactly why every renovation should be carried out by licensed professionals who understand the requirements of the Australian Standards and how a drainage system is designed to function long-term.

At FM Plumbing Services, we don’t just install plumbing — we make sure it’s done correctly the first time.

⚠️ SMELLING GAS OR STILL RUNNING OLD GAL PIPEWORK? ⚠️

This unit block in Waverley had heavily corroded galvanised gas lines that were leaking and no longer safe to leave in service.

Our team carried out a full reroute of gas services to all 12 units to ensure the system was safe, compliant, and built to last.

Gas leaks aren’t something to ignore — ageing pipework can become a serious safety risk over time, especially in older buildings.

✔️ 12 unit gas service reroute
✔️ Unsafe corroded pipework removed
✔️ Leak issues rectified
✔️ Safe & compliant installation completed

If your property still has ageing gal gas lines, it may be time to have them inspected before a small issue becomes a major one.

📍 Servicing Sydney wide
