tonight i had the honor of photographing the first @ambys_army event. Amby’s Army is a organisation created to raise awareness about suicide prevention, created in memory of Amberly Jane Lynch. Amberly passed away on the 12th of March 2023, two months after her 18th birthday. unfortunately tonight i had a hard time taking pictures, the camera i was using was not one i was used to and i struggled getting pictures i was happy with but hopefully tomorrow i will be able to share some pictures i took. tonight was very special to me as amberly was my best friend and raising awareness about mental health and suicide is something i hold very close to my heart. i have tagged Amby’s Army’s facebook and instagram pages below, please take a moment to have a look and share her page so we can get this message out.
thank you, frances

I had the pleasure of photographing another fabulous Amby's Army event in March! This organisation was founded in memory of Amberly Lynch, who lost her battle to mental illness in March 2023. This photo is of Jane, Amberly's mum, giving her speech at the event. Please speak up when you need help, this world is a better place with you ❤️.

a sneak peek at what’s to come!
over the weekend i picked up my camera for the first time in a while. i had the honour of shooting “Amby’s Army Forever 18 Mini Fest”, it was such a good night and such an important cause. I am still going through and editing all the photos but you will see more of this soon, i am so excited to share it all with you! in the meantime, check out how awesome Sgt. Hulka is!
