We are frequency , we are unique, by learning the tools of expression, we can channel our thoughts and feeling through sound and frequency, becoming the sound , its a journey of self discovery
By being present in the moment free of the Ego , we can begin to wonder the endless possibilities of Who we are and the universe around and within us .

For me , that happens mostly in live improvisation and Performance, when you already know your setup and see it as one spaceship 🛸 it then becomes muscle memory and the magic starts to happen 🪄

When the boundaries of your fingers and knobs and instruments becomes blurry and you are not your ego anymore , you are sound , can fly with it, become it and feel one with the universe, or just have some fun 🤩

Alexa has an associates degree in music Technology and is graduating by the end of the summer with a bachelors in music production from @berkleeonline She records through Protools and mixes/masters in Logic Pro x. You will look back on hard times and be thankful for them. you will look back on pictures of you that you thought were ugly and see the beauty in yourself that others see in you. If you’re unhappy today, go to bed. tomorrow is another day to try again. As musicians/producers/artists we tend to focus on the big goals a lot. Pushing and spending all of our time working towards licensing/record deals, big opportunities to work with famous Grammy winning artists or getting our music placed in big movies.
A lot of us have accomplished these big moves and it’s truly exciting when these sorts of things happen! But something I’ve been trying to focus on more recently is to be just as thankful for the little wins as I am for the big ones. Because when I look at my life as a whole, no matter what big accomplishments I achieve, I always come back home to the little things. People who I care for, stepping outside on a sunny day, smelling the flowers, helping a stranger, going hiking with friends, spending time with family— these are the little things that make life worth living. I have to remind myself often to do both. If all I do is focus on the big things, life will go so fast that I will pass by the little things and wonder why I am feeling unhappy.
