🔑 Another update on a deal I shared previously.

Last year we secured financing for a long-term tenant on an industrial land site after about five months of searching for the right lender.
This year, we refinanced the property and were able to pull cash out for the client to begin developing warehouse space for mechanics, body shops, and auto detailers. 🏗️
The plan is to complete the build-out and stabilize the space — and once that happens, we’ll likely refinance again to position the property for the next stage of growth. 📈
This is a great example of how the right financing strategy can help investors unlock equity and continue expanding their projects.
