I'm convinced music can heal most- if not all diseases, when the music frequency is used appropriately.

Music is nourishing our physical health and it goes even deeper, touching the soul within the soul within the soul!!!

✨The hidden now revealed✨

There is no need to fear the word “Apocalypse” once we understand its true meaning. I learned that “to unveil” is the accurate interpretation of Apocalypse, not destruction. What we witness today is nothing but revelations. We can no longer hide the truth, and I am not just talking about exposing a corrupt, ineffective government.

We must face our own lives and realize that everything is being revealed and rising to the surface, including our deepest fears.

I am a Bush Woman in the midst of the city 💚

As soon as I step into nature, I’m reminded of what freedom truly feels like.
It makes me shake my head sometimes, realizing how easily we become trapped in the distractions of this modern world.

We were born to live free.

I look at the trees, feel the soil beneath my feet, and let the sun kiss my skin. I’m in awe knowing that the very elements I see in nature exist within me too. We are reflections of God’s creation.

Why do we forget so easily?

Today is a special day. Two of my closest people are celebrating their birthdays.

Let me start with my tEsfa @funk_y_elil . We first met at a German airport back in 1995 on our way to Eritrea, and we spent quality time together in Eritrea during our summer holiday. Soon, we started exchanging letters. They began innocently, sharing our school experiences and grades. As we transitioned into our teenage years, we wrote to each other about boys, and when we were old enough, we had sleepovers- not to forget our clubbing era.
We’ve experienced so much together, and I’m humbled that our friendship is still going strong after 31 years. This friendship will last until death do us apart.
I admire my Tesfa (my hope) for her calm spirit. Although she has experienced a lot in life, she always remains in a state of mind that is accepting and understanding. No one embodies a contemplative spirit better than her.
I pray God continues to bless you and your family forever. I love you, Eliley💚

And today, we also celebrate my cousin’s 30th birthday @salemg__ . I remember 30.05.1996 like it was yesterday. I was so proud ,it felt like I finally had a little sister.

I used to bring my Eritrean friends to my auntie and uncle’s house all the time just to show off my little cousin. For the past two years or so, I’ve spoken to my cuz almost daily. I love the woman she is becoming, and both of us are on a beautiful journey as newborn Christians. I’m not surprised we are on this journey together.
It was her mum teaching me the Eritrean prayer as a child when I visited Eritrea, and now here we are. I’m glad you are so much wiser than I was at this age. I only see a positive life and future for you.
As long as you walk with God, there is nothing to worry about. I love you, my lil cousin. I love our bond, and I pray it will always stay this way 🥰 We are healing and breaking generational curses together 💙 by @fnan.berhane

Greetings to my fellow Queens and Lionesses🧡

This is a reminder to make time for essential practices. How much attention does your womb receive from you?
Do you know how to steam your pelvic area with intention?

For me personally, the physical benefits are the least of my focus. Just like I don’t fast from food purely for health reasons, but more so to become closer to The Most High. Everyone who fasts regularly knows exactly what I mean.

Well, the same goes for regular pelvic steaming, commonly known as Yoni Steaming. There’s a powerful unseen process taking place during that ritual (if you set the right intention).

My beautiful women, we are inevitably in a time where we are remembering and embodying who we truly are. The Lioness is rising, and it’s time we energetically and physically heal from sickness and pain, as well from our mothers and ancestor’s trauma. Through this regular cleansing process, we grow deeper in our dignity and in the gifts our dearest God blessed us with.

We will no longer disconnect from the wisdom of our wombs through harmful experiences, unhealthy relationships, or systems that dismiss women’s wellbeing.

There’s so much more I want to say, but most people on social media don’t read captions. I’ll leave it here for now.

As usual I find it interesting to observe human behaviour. We have no problem spending money on our daily coffee or latte(for me it’s Hot Chocolate 🫣) yet we hesitate to support artists, entrepreneurs, or even friends who are building something meaningful.

Last night, I saw @pressurebusspipe and @tippyigrade at @thejazzcafe , what a beautiful show, I give thanks 🙏🏾 .

Pressure said something that really stayed with me. Artists spend so much time, energy, and money in the studio to create good music, yet DJs and radio shows keep replaying the same old songs, barely giving new art a chance. I must say, I struggle to listen to new music, because it doesn’t hit the same spot in my soul anymore BUT I will take some time and explore new stuff I’m grateful he raised the awareness and made me reflect on it last night after the show.

With that being said, thank you to everyone who took the time to listen to my first Spoken Word release and the feedback I received. I truly appreciate it 🙏🏾

I’m not ashamed to say that I’m a servant and messenger of God. I spend a huge amount of time in nature and in contemplation, and that’s where I hear God’s voice most clearly. That’s where my insights come from and eventually I wrote them down on paper.

I didn’t find God through people, a mushroom trip, the bible, books or lectures. I found God in Stillness that’s why contemplation is everything to me.

💫An analytical mind has no space in the realm of the Divine 💫 ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT

How much longer will men disguise disrespect as culture and abuse as tradition?

How much longer will a woman be unsafe in her own home, isn’t it meant to shelter her?

How much longer will single mothers,
and mothers beside absent partners/husbands
carry everything alone?

How much longer will women bury their pain in silence, hiding the abuse they endured?

Time is not the healer for everyone…

How much longer will religion be twisted and misused to silence and suppress women?
How many more women must die needlessly to violence?

How much longer must women wait
for the safety, dignity, and love
that should have always been theirs?

I don’t understand 🥲

But I’m glad to see increasingly all the healthy men out there.
I see healthy relationships aren’t that rare.

And to the fathers showing up with presence and care, regardless of still being in a relationship or not- I respect, love and honour you 💙

I won’t stop praying for the weak men, the ones who still don’t know better. May their consciousness rise, may they heal their traumas and unlearn the false doctrines -

And finally to the hurt women … I hope we learn to see our precious selves again.
