We’re proud to welcome Frank Neilsen @fneilsentattoos to the Inky Paws Pro Team.

Based in Roseville, California, Frank Neilsen is a tattoo artist specializing in Black & Grey Realism and Neo-Traditional.

His work is deeply influenced by artists such as Chris Jansen and Joshua Carlton, drawing inspiration from their mastery of hyper-detailed portraits, photographic depth, and bold, evocative compositions. Through this influence, Frank has developed a style that balances technical precision with strong visual storytelling.

Driven by a constant desire to improve, he is always pushing his craft forward — creating tattoos that carry weight, personal meaning, and long-lasting impact.

We’re excited to support his dedication and artistic growth.

🖤 Welcome to the Pro Team.
