Because sometimes the scrubs are the ONLY thing holding it together.

Patients need you. Coworkers need you. Your to-do list is disrespectful. And somehow…you’re still expected to show up looking like you have it all figured out. 😩

Sometimes wellness looks like getting your MONEY together. 😂💰

I attended the Wine & Wealth at @topshelfbr225 today and left with some really good reminders about credit and financial wellness.

Three things I’m taking with me:

1. Look at those bank statements 🤭
2. Regular savings account is not enough 🙅🏾‍♀️
3. Evaluate your money habits vs your goals 💰
