🩷 Well, #AmazingAugust 2026 is almost closed.😓

🩵 I couldn't believe it was over 100 degrees in Tennessee when I recorded this. 🥵

💜 But, through the sweat, I have one more message of encouragement for my family and friends far and near. 😊 by @focusladies

Love is my joy. Joy is my love.

🩷 Joy as my fuel — Joy is my motivator.
May it push you past what fear tries to limit.

🩵 Joy as my compass — Joy guides my steps.
May it steady yours, too.

💜 Joy is my ignition — Joy lights my drive.
May it spark something powerful in you as well.

We can't worry about what he did.

We can't worry about what she did.

We can only worry about what we do!

Let's keep making it an #AmazingAugust together! by @focusladies

🩷 How you praise The Lord may not be the way I praise The Lord. That's ok.

🩵 How you seek The Lord may not be the way I seek The Lord. That's ok.

💜 How you know The Lord may not be the way I know The Lord. That's ok.

That's why our relationship with Him is sooooooooo personal!
Our walk with Him is a friendship and confidential.
He meets with us intimately and sweetly.

He knows what we need.
When we need it.
How we need it.

🚶🏾‍♀️ Walk. 🪜 Climb. 🚪 Open the door.

Those are the words that God gave me this birthday!

This life has been filled with adventures: beauty, and pain!

I honestly didn't think I would see this day.

✦✧✦✧ BUT GOD! ✦✧✦✧

My icing on the cake was meeting this dear lady saint.

✦✧✦✧ 91 YEARS YOUNG! ✦✧✦✧

She waved to me across the aisle and beckoned me over to her. She told me that I reminded her of how she used to worship the Lord when she was able!

And I told her that SHE IS THE GOAL that I am reaching toward! Still able to enter the house of The Lord on her own!

She wore a beautiful butterfly brooch and I also shared with her that was my story.

🐛 I have ugly caterpillar parts of my life.

🥚 I have hidden seasons in a cocoon.

🦋 I have seasons to flutter like a butterfly.

💫 And when God is ready the journey will end.

Until then...

Let's keep flying!

Right here I was very sick.
Right here I was very happy.
Right here I was very depressed.
Right here I was very thriving. Barely.

This was a few years ago.
Many things can be true at the same time.
Life is painful.
Life is beautiful.

Take the time you need.
PLEEEEEEEAAASEEE
Get the help you need.
Moments will come and go.

If it's not Happy
Make it Happy
In the sight of God
For His glory
And FOCUS again.
