Transnational corporations like Chevron, Total, Mekorot and Palantir are complicit in the genocide against the Palestinian people and in the ecocide in Palestine. This forms part of a global economic system that is actively sacrificing peoples and the planet in the name of profit. By demonstrating in solidarity with the Palestinian people, we recognise that there can be no environmental justice without a #FreePalestine.

We demand a strong and legally #BindingTreaty to hold these transnational corporations, which have shown egregious disregard for life, accountable and to ensure that affected communities have access to justice. This international instrument will be a #Checkmate on corporate power. by @foe_int

We’ve just wrapped up the 12th session at the United Nations for a #BindingTreaty. Alongside @stop_tnc_impunity affected communities, movements and organisations from all over the world, we gathered to call for an end to corporate impunity. We’ve taken critical steps in that direction and we see the dismantling of corporate power and justice for communities affected by the human rights violations at the hands of transnational corporations on the horizon. by @foe_int

A week in Geneva, Switzerland with @stop_tnc_impunity affected communities, movements and member groups from across the FoEI federation to demand a strong UN #BindingTreaty

The fight against corporate impunity and for access to justice for the communities affected by corporate Human Rights violations will be carried forward in the territories as we continue to internationalise this struggle. We live in a deeply unequal global economic system, where transnational corporations amass incalculable wealth whilst making working conditions precarious and evading taxes that should fund essential public services. Through financial power and political influence, these companies place private interests above peoples and labour rights.

Economic justice demands a radical transformation of these structures of exploitation, ensuring human rights take precedence over investor rights. We need international rules to dismantle this architecture of impunity through a strong UN legally Binding Treaty. 💼⚖️

Transnational corporations are concentrating more and more power over our food systems. Their control over data and digital technologies deepens this corporate dominance.

⚠️ In July 2026, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) renewed its contract with Palantir, a major US data-analytics company with links to the military and surveillance industries, whose customers include the US military and the Israeli Ministry of Defence.

✊ On 16 October, International Day of Action for Peoples’ Food Sovereignty, we join the #DropPalantir campaign to demand that the WFP end its partnership with the company.

For 12 years, social movements, trade unions, and affected communities from around the world have been mobilising within the United Nations to end corporate impunity. The power imbalance between victims and corporations is overwhelming, leaving communities to face endless legal barriers and threats while companies operate without borders.

This architecture of impunity cannot continue any longer. It is time to deliver a Checkmate on corporate power by demanding a strong, legally Binding Treaty that establishes strict parent company liability and guarantees direct international mechanisms of justice. ♟️✨

Negotiations toward a UN #BindingTreaty on Human Rights and transnational corporations carry on as we continue the struggle toward a strong Treaty that delivers meaningful access to justice for the communities on the frontlines of corporate power and ensures that TNCs are held accountable for their violations against peoples' rights and environmental crimes.

This space was built by and belongs to affected communities and movements. We believe in People Power and continue standing in solidarity with the peoples and movements who built this space and to who it belongs. With a strong Binding Treaty, we're calling #Checkmate on corporate power.

Peasant, Indigenous, Black, and working-class women are on the front lines of the severe impacts of expanding corporate power. The extractivist model not only destroys territories and contaminates vital water sources, but disproportionately burdens women with care work and intensifies patriarchal violence.

Popular feminism teaches us that the body and the territory form an inseparable unit of resistance and survival. There can be no true systemic justice without ending corporate extractivism and ensuring a robust Binding Treaty that defends women's lives. 🌿💜
