THIS WAS SO FUN!

I had the privilege of speaking to The Sport Sisterhood community this week! It was such an amazing opportunity to share insight from my experiences as an athlete, masters student, and working in research! I got to connect with other young females within the sports community all around the world!

This journey all began last summer when I was invited to Shanghai, China to represent Canada! This was by far one of the most memorable things I’ve done in my volleyball career. Getting to compete internationally and play against/alongside some of the top players in their countries was amazing. Seeing the different perspectives when it comes to gameplay, like offensive setting options and defensive integrity. It was hands down the best volleyball I have ever gotten to play! taken in Shanghai, China by @foestfit
