Hajde! fton artistë nga Kosova me apliku në Rezidencën e tretë të Grand Art Studio, nën mentorimin e Hana Zeqa @fofstudio_.

Rezidenca eksploron marrëdhëniet ndërmjet trupit, subjektit dhe hapësirës, si dhe mënyrat se si përvoja personale, emocioni, kujtesa, historia, teknologjia dhe kushtet shoqërore mund të marrin formë përmes praktikës artistike. Studioja e hapur do të funksionojë si hapësirë për eksperimentim, kërkim, dialog dhe zhvillim kritik.

Inkurajojmë aplikime nga artistë të rinj dhe praktikues të artit bashkëkohor që punojnë ose dëshirojnë të eksperimentojnë me skulpturë, pikturë, instalacion, tekstil dhe materiale, performancë, lëvizje, video dhe praktika ndërdisiplinore.

OPEN CALL - BODY SUBJECT SPACE

We’re inviting artists from Kosova to apply to the third Grand Art studio Residency, mentored by Hana Zeqa @fofstudio_.

The residency explores the relationships between body, subject and space, and the ways in which personal experience; emotion, memory, history, technology and social conditions can take form through artistic practice. The open studio will serve as a space for experimentation, material research, dialogue and critical development.

We encourage apllications from emerging artists and contemporary art practitioners working or interested in experimenting with sculpture, painting, installation, textile, fabric and soft materials, performance, movement, video, space and interdisciplinary practices.

'Living Thread' Fashion Exhibition by @fightorflight____ ⛓️‍💥

These garment installations crafted from kombucha bio-textiles (grown over 1 month), bioplastics, and 3D-printed fabrics, explore the evolving relationship between organic materials and traditional textiles, redefining boundaries between nature, humanity and technology in fashion design.

Drawing inspiration from Wilhelm Worringer's "Abstraction and Empathy”, the process of making the textiles from scratch explores how abstract and advanced materials can work together with our natural and human connections.

Sharing a glimpse of our Organic: Extimorph costume (2019), included in Expo 2025 Osaka as part of Kosovo Pavilion, alongside other cultural elements representing our country.

Organic: Extimorph is a conceptual tech costume that manifests stress and anxiety—into physical form. Using programming and embedded technology, the garment transforms in real time to manifest the wearer’s psychological tension.

Hana Zeqa është dizajnere dhe themeluese e Fight or Flight, një studio mode dhe kostumesh në Prishtinë që eksploron kufijtë mes teknologjisë, performancës dhe tekstilit. Me master në Costume Design for Performance nga London College of Fashion, ajo është fokusuar në zhvillimin e veshjeve interaktive dhe teknologjike, duke e parë modën si një hapësirë eksperimentale që ndërthur inovacionin me shprehjen artistike.

Në panelin “Moda si akt i shërimit”, Hana sjell perspektivën e një dizajnereje që sfidon format tradicionale të modës, duke krijuar rrugë të reja për ndërthurjen e krijimtarisë, komunitetit dhe teknologjisë në një kohë kur moda kërkon të bëhet më e drejtë dhe më e qëndrueshme.

Hana Zeqa is a designer and the founder of Fight or Flight, a fashion and costume studio in Prishtina that explores the intersections of technology, performance, and textiles. Holding a Master’s degree in Costume Design for Performance from the London College of Fashion, she has focused on developing interactive and tech-driven garments, viewing fashion as an experimental space that merges innovation with artistic expression.

In the panel “Fashion as an Act of Suture”, Hana brings the perspective of a designer who challenges traditional forms of fashion, creating new pathways that intertwine creativity, community, and technology at a time when fashion seeks to become fairer and more sustainable.

Hana Zeqa je dizajnerka i osnivačica Fight or Flight, studija mode i kostima u Prištini koji istražuje preseke tehnologije, performansa i tekstila. Sa master diplomom iz Costume Design for Performance na London College of Fashion, fokusirala se na razvoj interaktivnih i tehnoloških odevnih predmeta, posmatrajući modu kao eksperimentalni prostor koji spaja inovaciju sa umetničkim izražajem.

Na panelu „Moda kao čin isceljenja“ Hana donosi perspektivu dizajnerke koja osporava tradicionalne forme mode, stvarajući nove puteve koji povezuju kreativnost, zajednicu i tehnologiju u vremenu kada moda teži da postane pravednija i održivija.
