A seguir dándole. by @fogocharcoal

From the streets of Argentina to your backyard 🔥🇦🇷

Born from Argentina’s beloved asado culture, the choripán is as simple as it is iconic: a perfectly grilled chorizo, tucked into crusty bread, fresh, vinegary salsa criolla and finished with plenty of chimichurri.

The second it hits 5 PM and the weekend officially starts… somebody better light the grill. 😂🔥

Carne asada nights just got a whole lot easier with Valley Prime Meats. Their beef is never frozen and already comes marinated, which cuts the prep time in half and gets dinner on the table way faster.

Of course I still had to make it a little boujee. 😏 I add an extra splash of fresh citrus juice, sliced onions, and cilantro, then let the meat come up to room temperature before it ever touches the grill.

For the fire, I built a hot bed of mesquite coals using FOGO lump charcoal with Oklahoma Joe’s mesquite wood chunks. That combination gives you that high heat for a good char while adding the smoky mesquite flavor that carne asada deserves.

Once those coals are screaming hot, the beef goes straight over the fire until it’s beautifully charred, smoky, juicy, and ready for tacos. 🌮🔥

Less prep. More fire. More time around the table.

Food. Family. Fire. ❤️‍🔥

Would y’all be making tacos, quesadillas, or eating this carne asada straight off the cutting board? 😂
