YOUR GIRL IS A LMFT!!! I cannot believe it. I am still very much denial. When I tell you, GOD IS SO GOD! I am a living testimony of the reason to persevere and not give up. I’m extremely speechless, but I’m so grateful for my community. I wouldn’t be here without them. I want to give a special shout out to @try.tutoring.coping.solutions and @jtbrandy for helping me during the Study process. It’s crazy when you truly surrender to God this time around there was this inner peace around me when taking the exam I can’t wait to celebrate! Your girl got LMFT behind her name now 🥲. WOW!!!

Wow I had no idea how much I needed this quick getaway. My travel buddy @nee_neeiam and I had a chance to visit our friend’s in South Carolina @tameragmoore and Lenard 🥹❤️(who met back in 2018) . They just purchased their home and we were their first guest! My girl @tameragmoore gave us the full red carpet treatment in SC. So many heartfelt moments on this trip from low county fish boil to live music to cookouts . Got a chance to meet @ashamazing831 big little sis Tominka who’s AMAZING btw 🥹. My spirit needed this trip. There is so much history Charleston. ❤️ My heart is so full 💕. Long story short food is fire 🔥 and I need to add grits to my morning routine lol 🤣

Wow what a week! Got to spend some sunny vibes in San Deigo with Bae ! The trip was a success! SD is truly a magical place! We had so much fun going to @sandiegozoo which is huge! Ate some Bomb food @louisianapurchasesd them beignets were heavenly 🥰. And vibing out with Ashley’s friends. Got to go on @citycruises and learn about the history of navy. Checked out Cornada beach 🏖️. Eating some bomb Mexican food. Then ending the trip @belmontparksd ❤️. Doing an @escapologyescaperoom which was low-key stressful lol. Can’t wait to go back! SD is truly a beautiful place 🥹

This past weekend my girl @traceyosasere had a beautiful ceremony celebrating her matrimony. I remember when we first met back at Boss YA ministry we instantly clicked . It’s been a blessing to have been able to stay connected all these years and witness so many milestones in your life including this epic event! I am so happy to have been one of her Asobei’s 🥹 I don’t take that lightly. I’m so honored to be apart of your tribe. It’s been such a blessing to watch your journey as wife! Still on a bliss that this actually happened . I prayed 🙏🏾 for this day and it finally happened 😭. @ashamazing831 got to meet My father. Truly a magical moment. I didn't think I would see this in my lifetime. I'm so grateful to God for second chances. Taking time to forgive and heal is gift. Thank you Ashley for been open to meeting my father. This past week I got to visit @artinist @kt_perftherapy for a quick getaway in Tahoe. Tahoe is definitely becoming one of my favorite places. Thank you, Nikita for showing me where you live and the beautiful Tahoe lake I’ve never seen water so clear 🥹😍. Thank you Kris for your hospitality barista, and all lol so excited for you're gym (if you are ever in the Tahoe area he’s a great trainer Fyi 👀) Looking forward to a good workout the next time I visit. It was such a pleasure to hang out with their son Easton, and check out the hot springs that have an odor, but will definitely cleanse your system. Lol 😂. Really peaceful to take the @amtrak train definitely taught me the importance of being still and being intentional of my time (you can’t rush the train 🚅 )

This week I got to bring some Black trivia to the @_theclatch 2026 Black History Month Fair with @foiiiis10 while reppin’ @safeblackspace 🖤

Young people from all backgrounds came through our table ready to play, learn, and engage. The energy did not slow down. Folks were pulling up between classes, during lunch, and jumping right in. We barely had a break all afternoon. The snacks might have helped a little 😂

It was also good running into @flo4sacramento . In case you didn’t know, she’s running for District 1 Sacramento County Supervisor. 🙌🏾

Valentine’s Day 2026.

This year Valentine’s Day has been so tender and sweet. God has truly blessed me with an angel @ashamazing831. We had a magical weekend checking out Super Bowl experience and ending the night @thevenueatthundervalley for vday concert. Then this past weekend I got to go to the bay and ran my 1st Valentine’s Day race and place 4th in my age group. My Pops came out to cheer then we ended the evening at for a nice dinner @lunamexicankitchen . Sometimes I wonder how this duality is finally happening? Receiving this sweet love from this new connection and at same time healing ❤️‍🩹 a relationship that was once so broken. When I tell you God is an amazing. 🙏🏽😭🫶🏾. Happy Valentine’s Day
