Or post a FoilMotion screen recording of your run with glide sections highlighted, plus the Glide Phase Details screenshot for each glide: Combined with a video one glide is enough. Without video we need 2 glides in opposite directions to eliminate help for waves or wind, shorter glide counts.

Enter as many times as you like, only your best result will count.

Exploding my long-distance records! 🚀
SUP Foil Flat Water Start

After 4 km, some weeds stopped me. 🌿😅
For a moment, the fall was mentally tough… but just 2 minutes later, I was flying again and pumped for another 30 minutes. 🤯🥳

A new, unexpected reality. 🤩

Long-distance flat water starts… it’s happening! 😁

Low-energy paddle-up starts are getting easier and easier, even after several minutes of pumping.

Light wind is becoming less and less of a problem.

Looks like I’ve found my setup for this discipline. 😉

Sirus XL, HM 70 mast, @coalsurfco board

Added a power display, which includes also smaller vertical movements not counted as pumps. And some smoothing. That's why it won't drop as sharply to 0 during glides as the pump rate RPM does.
