🤷‍♂️Did I just crossed the lake Garda downwind foiling? Start in torbole and exit in sirmione.55km and 3:24hBumps are rolling so slow, you get a lot of time on foil. I just fall once, because I was on the phone 😋The lake is very easy to ride and new generation pump foils can cover a wide speed range which makes it possible to transition from a flat beginning into proper bumps in the middle. For the way back I took the ferry to Garda and then the bus to torbole. It's officially my favorite place to enjoy downwind foiling. ❤️🇮🇹Riding @axisfoils and @starboardfoilboard by @foilonly

1x1 how to choose the right foil.Lower aspect is more maneuverability but less efficiency.Higher aspect is less maneuverability but more efficiency.Bigger size (surface area) is more lift, but less speed.So it is always a compromise and that's very basic but I hope i can help someone picking the right one 👍 by @foilonly

Maybe for a place that doesn't have consistent wind or where the wind can stop suddenly. But I guess I need a bit more testing, it was my first try and the wind just stopped as soon as I got out. Have you already tried this combination? by @foilonly
