We keep receiving messages like these.

And honestly, it’s frustrating.

There will always be cheaper options. And we’ve never tried to compete by being the cheapest.

Before releasing @foilscoot , we went through countless prototypes, failures, testing and improvements to build something we could actually trust and ride hard.

Making something look similar is one thing. Engineering it to survive real world use is another.

Strength, reliability and durability don’t happen by accident.

And sometimes, the cheaper option isn’t actually cheaper.

If you have to replace parts or the entire product, the original saving disappears pretty quickly.

Ironically, some riders who initially chose another option are now contacting us after theirs failed.

We’d rather build something properly from the start.

It started with a simple idea around 2020:
What if I put handlebars on things that move on water?
At first, it was honestly just about having fun and experimenting.
In 2022–2023, I finally decided to take the idea seriously and started building the first prototypes.
And somehow… the very first one worked.
Not perfectly, obviously. But enough to prove that the concept made sense.
From there, every prototype became a little better. Different shapes, different setups, different ideas. We tested, broke things, changed things, learned, and kept improving.
Step by step, what started as a personal experiment turned into a real product, something reliable, refined and built well enough that I was finally proud to put it into other people’s hands.
Looking back at these first prototypes is pretty crazy.
And the best part?
We’re still only at the beginning.
Some very exciting things are coming next. 👀

Try this before you buy a new wing !!! It’s a whole new ride !

No back wing. No stabilizer. Just the front wing… and somehow it works.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from riding the @foilscoot stabless, but the speed and glide surprised me way more than I thought.

It feels completely different, much faster, much more sensitive, and definitely less forgiving.

Who puts handlebars on a foil? 😅

After more than 20 years riding freestyle scooters, putting handlebars on a pump foil board somehow just made sense to me.

What started as a slightly weird idea has slowly turned into something more and more people are riding, and that’s probably the coolest part of the whole thing.

Seeing @foilscoot evolve, seeing new riders discover it, and watching people use it in ways I hadn’t even thought of when I started… that never gets old.
