Better late than neverrrrr!!! 🫣

Bout two month ago @kurashi.collective invited me to come and celebrate their 3-year anniversary with a cute little Back 2 Back, more like Baddie 2 Baddie w/ @ann1cee at @skatecafeamsterdam and on god a time was had!

I’m still reminiscing while I watch these snippets back. Wanna thank everyone who came out and shook nash with us. Hope y’all enjoyed it as much as I did!

Folake—the name my Nigerian grandmother gifted me at birth—translates to “to be pampered with wealth and abundance.” She predominately plays afro-beats mixed with Caribbean influences like bouyon and dancehall. Playing with nostalgia, she makes sure the music is recognisable yet dressed in an unique twist.

ANN1CEE enjoys high energy rhythms that will have you torn between jumping around or throwing some ass. In her sets she takes the crowd on a journey with sounds from all over the Caribbean, aiming to share a piece of her culture with the world, all while blending it with fresh sounds combining trap, baille funk and electronic.
