A unique way to create ✨️ Watercolor meets origami 🌸👘In the quiet of a traditional Chinese home, a child gathers whispers of her heritage—each step, each glance weaving her roots into tomorrow.😊Each school holiday, my parents would take me to my grandparents’ house in the city. Those visits were always memorable, not only because of the change of scenery but also because of the lessons my grandmother made sure to pass on.She had many “rules” for me to follow—rules I didn’t always understand at the time. From the way I held my chopsticks to proper table manners to how I should walk gracefully, it sometimes felt like a never-ending list of instructions. As a child, I often wondered why so much fuss was made over such small details.But now, as I’ve grown older, I deeply appreciate those lessons. What once seemed overwhelming and strict has become a source of wisdom and refinement in my life. A unique way to create ✨️ Watercolor meets origami 🌸👘Hi friends, I’m back.As many of you know, I went on holiday throughout November—Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, and Tokyo. It was extremely hot in the first three countries, but by the time we arrived in Tokyo, the weather had cooled down. After the third day, I started feeling unwell, most likely for several reasons. I continued with our plans in Tokyo, but once I returned home, I completely fell apart. I couldn’t even lift my head or get out of bed for the past two weeks.I’m feeling much better now. Thank you to everyone who sent me a DM to check on me. Here is a piece I created before I went on holiday. I hope you like it.
