This summer was a busy one. My last festi of the season, I was invited to facilitate at @himdubfestival festival in Portugal.

I’ve taught at festivals before, but only in the UK - so this felt extra special.

HimDub’s healing area was beautiful - nestled beside a river and surrounded by glorious trees. Such a beautiful space, with so much energy brought into every class.

My first class was so busy that people had to set up outside the tent 🥹

I’ll always be grateful for the opportunity to hold space - with new people, in new places - sharing something I love.

As always - I hold so MUCH appreciation for yoga. For everything it teaches me and the healing it's gifted me. And for the truth it has shown me.

Obrigada ❤️🇵🇹 by @followingyourflow

Here's my 4 drills to help unlock your straddle press into Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand) 💘

Big focus on compression, flexibility and strength.

Every body is different - what works for one person might not work for the next. Give them a try and see which one works best for you 😘

Rocket Yoga Training 2.0 🚀🚀

Another 50 hours complete with the incredible @davidckyle

We gathered in Canggu, Bali - from all corners of the world - coming together in community, connected by love and passion for yoga. 🤍

This year didn't give me the easiest start. And it resulted in my practice taking a hit...so it feels blooody good to be back. I feel more alive than ever. Full of gratitude and in complete alignment. 🙏🏼

This training really reignited my spark and connection. not only to practice with more commitment, but with excitement and appreciation for all forms of yoga. The practice of rest, slower practice and caring for our bodies as a vessel. But not only that - clarity and direction. I really feel like I'm moving through a big part of my life with lots of changes, and it's reassuring to know I have yoga (and its community) here to support me all the way.

Alongside this growth, I got to meet some of the most incredible yogini's and made memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Thank you to the amazing teachers. Supporting us every step of the way, sharing your wisdom with us:

A glimpse into the style of my flow at 2x 😘 by @followingyourflow

The Healing’s line-up is closed, and we open this first release with @followingyourflow offering a morning Yoga and Meditation to wake up your body in full consciousness ✨🧘

My name is Hollie, and I’m a 260-hour trained Yoga Teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Hatha and Rocket Yoga. Alongside teaching yoga, I’m also a practitioner of Reiki, Zen Shiatsu and Indian Head Massage.

I originally applied to offer one of these healing modalities, but I’d love to share a Heart Opening Vinyasa Yoga Workshop that’s accessible to all levels.

In this session, we’ll explore opening and expanding Anahata Chakra - the heart centre. Through a mindful yet energising flow, we’ll focus on creating space across the chest, opening the hips, and strengthening the back body.

You can expect:
- Variations and options for all levels
- Breath-led movement, mindful awareness & breath exercises (breath of joy!!)
- An introduction to the chakra system with a focus on the heart
- A deeply relaxing Savasana with heart meridian adjustments incorporating Zen Shiatsu

Our students can expect to leave feeling lighter, more open and more connected to themselves and those around them❤️ by @followingyourflow

I had a pretty euphoric moment on my run last week through the village of Vasilka.

Running down through the forrest, I stopped to take in the view of the Aegean Sea and beautiful greenery. It felt surreal - reflecting on the journey I had been on with Zen Shiatsu over the past 3 weeks, and my journey in general - the life I’m building for myself ❤️

I had a happy cry and then carried on my run. Totally blissed out with runners high. I also felt warmth in knowing that those tears were waiting to rise for a while - complete catharsis.

Energy lives within us. And I’ve always found deep release through movement…

Running in particular gets me into flow. For me, it's medicine. Every time my feet hit the earth - a new prayer is sung and ignites a flame in my heart. 🫀🫀

I have my incredible dad to thank for that. He got me into running at the age of 9 - Its taught me so much over the years!

This is your little reminder to love your body and move. Have gratitude for it! Get out of your mind and let the quiet intelligence of your body move you to exactly where you are - and give you all the clarity and truth you need.

Movement is a blessing.
Movement is medicine.
Movement is to be alive, fully.
