OKAY… I HAVE AN IDEA! I am bringing back my 30 Seconds for 30 Days challenge — but this time, I am giving it a little twist! Starting OCTOBER 1ST, we are going: 🔥 30 DAYS 👚 30 OUTFITS ⏱️ 30 + 30 SECONDS OF MOVEMENT That is ONE MINUTE of movement a day. And yes… I will be doing the SAME workout every single day. 30 seconds of seated leg lifts while holding dumbbells overhead. PLUS 30 seconds of stair-touch squats with dumbbells and arms extended in front. Simple. Consistent. One minute. But here is where YOU come in… I am going to wear a different outfit every day for all 30 days, and YOU get to vote on what happens to it. ❤️ KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT I am giving you a little DEMO today before we officially start on October 1st. So let’s practice… 👚 OUTFIT #1 — WHAT DO YOU THINK? KEEP IT ❤️ or DONATE IT 🙌🏾? Drop your vote in the comments! @joefresh brown unitard And if you are ready to invest ONE MINUTE A DAY in yourself with me for 30 days join in. October 1st! LETS GO! OKAY… I HAVE AN IDEA! Tonight’s theme was Ladies Night 💃🏽✨ Nothing but female anthem vibes all class long, and after class these ladies still weren’t ready to leave! So of course we had to run it back one more time to Pretty Girl Rock by Keri Hilson. Energy high, confidence higher, and the smiles said it all. 💕 Don’t hate us because we’re beautiful… and can hit the beat too 😌🔥 #LadiesNight #PrettyGirlRock #StepAerobics #StepFitness #WomenWhoStep StepVibes FollowMyCore ThePowerOfStep by @followmycore

Day 27 of 30 So, let’s put it to a vote! 💗 KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT Please vote responsibly. My closet is counting on you! Meanwhile, the movement continues! 30 seconds + 30 seconds = ONE MINUTE invested in ME. 💪🏾 YOU DECIDE! 👇🏾 #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdivident by @followmycore
DAY 26 OF 30! 💪🏾❤️ A little intermission was necessary! I fell ill, had to slow down and give my body the time it needed to recover. But guess what? I AM BACK! 🙌🏾 This is your reminder that consistency does not mean pushing through when your body needs rest. Sometimes, investing in yourself means stepping back, recovering and then getting back to the mission. I may finish this challenge two days behind schedule, but I WILL complete all 30 days! No guilt. No rushing. Just recouping, refocusing and staying committed to the goal. 30 DAYS. 30 OUTFITS. 1 MINUTE OF MOVEMENT. We are not chasing perfection. We are building consistency! 26 DAYS DOWN. 4 MORE TO COMPLETE! #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore
DAY 25 OF 30! Well, look who is back in another pair of KNIX leggings… just a different colour! Apparently, we are not done with the Knix collection. One colour at a time, we are finding out which ones deserve to stay and which ones need to make their exit! Now I need your honest opinion… ❤️ KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT Does this colour get to keep its place in the closet, or are we making room for something new? 25 DAYS DOWN. 5 TO GO! Keep investing in yourself. Consistency is built one day at a time! #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore
DAY 24 OF 30! We have officially moved on from the shorts section… and now we are entering the @knix KNIX LEGGING DEPARTMENT! 😂🙌🏾 This closet has layers! Just when you thought we were done making decisions, another section is calling my name. Today, we are putting the Knix leggings to the test. Are they still giving what they need to give, or is it time to make room for something new? Help me decide! ❤️ KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT And while we are sorting through closets, we are still putting in that ONE MINUTE of movement every day! Keep showing up for YOU! #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore
DAY 23 OF 30! At this point, I am not sure if I am doing a movement challenge or a full-blown closet purge. But we are not just clearing closet space. We are showing up for ourselves, one minute and one decision at a time! 💪🏾 Now, help me make another tough decision! ❤️ KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT Drop your vote in the comments! Let us see what makes the cut. 👇🏾 23 DAYS DOWN. @adidas Remember, you do not need an hour to invest in yourself. Start with ONE MINUTE. The goal is to keep showing up, even when you do not feel like it! #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore
Day 22— we are approaching this goal post. Apparently, we are now on the shorts purge! But hey, that is what this challenge is all about… getting moving AND getting honest about what is taking up space in my closet! So, family, let us hear it! ❤️ KEEP IT 🙌🏾 DONATE IT Help me make these tough closet decisions. 30 seconds + 30 seconds = ONE MINUTE invested in ME. 💪🏾 @lululemon #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore

DAY 20 OF 30! Today we have BLUE Tights in the building! 💙 But here is the plot twist… I HAVE THEM IN RED TOO! ❤️ Why buy one colour when you can have two? Asking for a friend! 😂 👀 DO I KEEP BOTH COLOURS OR LET ONE GO? 💙 KEEP THE BLUE + ❤️ KEEP THE RED 🙌🏾 DONATE ONE COLOUR! Choose wisely, family. We are not just picking outfits anymore… we are making some serious closet cuts! 🤣 Meanwhile, the movement continues! 30 seconds + 30 seconds = ONE MINUTE invested in ME. 💪🏾 20 days down. 10 to go! The finish line is getting closer, but apparently, my closet still has some explaining to do! #30DaysOfMovement #InvestInYou #FollowMyCore #FollowMyStep #TakeThatFirstStep Consistencypaysdividents by @followmycore
