*Band Members Appreciation Day Challenge*
If you’re a band leader, please post your team and appreciate them this week. There’s a reason for it.

*The Making of _Olurapada*_
From rehearsal to recording.

I appreciate the team God has blessed me with over time because their support has brought me this far — both past and current members.

Thank you for pushing with me all the time.
Thank you for being resilient.
Thank you for accepting me as I am.
Thank you for standing by me even when it wasn’t easy.
Thank you for being intentional.
Despite all the juicy offers, you chose to stay with me.

I appreciate your sacrifices and your love.
Guys, I love you hen o!

The God who diligently rewards will reward you on my behalf.

Band leaders, take time to appreciate your team once in a while. Ministry can’t be done alone, and especially not without good people — because some teams can be thorns in the flesh. They’re only with you because of what they can gain, not because they love you. If you’ve experienced that, I’m sure you can relate.

It’s a beautiful day.

Reposting this because the message is still so relevant 🙏🏽 This year has had its fair share of ups and downs, but through it all, God has kept us, protected us, and continued to show His mercy. May these prayers still speak to your heart today as they did the first time. #GratefulHeart #FaithfulGod #PrayerStillWorks” by @follywestly
