LOCAL LEMONGRASS SPARKLING WATER
// a sparkling mineral water from our very own spring well.

After we realized how many cans of Waterloo our team was crushing each day, we decided to take our sparkling water security into our own hands. With two wells at a combined depth of nearly 1,000 that gives us all of our brewing water, we knew that with our own unique source of Appalachian well water, that we could offer water with superior taste and a true sense of place.

Always flavored with real, whole, fresh and actual ingredients, this seasonal favorite is brewed with our very own estate-grown lemongrass. Quench away!

This invigorating drink is available in 6-packs at our Charlotte taproom, NOW! by @fontaflora_clt

KUDZILLA
// an invasively delicious west coast-style india pale ale brewed with local kudzu flowers and hopped with loral, nelson sauvin and simcoe.

Mashed with local two row barley malt along with a dash of flaked oats and dextrin malt for a boosted bod. Steeped on heaps of kudzu flowers provided by the folks at The Kudzu Stand of Marshall, North Carolina. Fermented with our preferred house ale yeast for a decidedly dry and incredibly quenchable finish. Hopped intensely in the whirlpool and the fermenter with a grape aroma-favoring combination of loral and nelson sauvin and simcoe.

Known as “the vine that ate the south”, this invasive species has completely transformed the southern landscape. Boasting an intense grape big league chew aroma, kudzu flowers offer layers of floral complexity to this creative, end-of-summer west coast crusher.

This invasively delicious brew is available to-go at our Charlotte taproom NOW! by @fontaflora_clt

☀️Would you just look at all these donations?! ☀️ Our 3rd Annual Summer Send Off was a HUGE success, and we’re feeling all the love!

We are seriously overwhelmed by the generosity and support our community has shown us. THANK YOU! This is what community looks like, and we’re so grateful to be part of one that continues to show up in such a big way.
