A reminder that consistency really goes a long way.
I’m still not at the physique I’m working towards, but I’m definitely far from the body I was wishing for 3 years ago.

This journey hasn’t been easy. There were days I wanted to quit, days I felt stuck, and days I questioned if it was even worth it. But I kept showing up.

Happy anniversary, self. Thankful for the growth, the lessons, and the discipline built along the way.

Grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey and supported me. I’ll keep doing better and I’ll keep going no matter what.

Another milestone unlocked. 🏁
If you told me years ago that I’d be running a 16km race, I would’ve laughed in disbelief. Coming from a place where I was heavy, tired, and struggling—this moment feels surreal.

Bodybuilding was the first step. But I realized along the way, my heart was always in running. And today, I proved to myself that I can come back stronger… not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

I had only 1 month to train—but with the guidance and support of my coach, @miguelsantosphysio , we made it happen. You believed in me even when I had doubts, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. 🙏🏼

To my family, friends, and even my bosses—thank you for cheering me on during this wild ride. It wasn’t easy, but every step was worth it.

This is only the beginning.
First of many—and definitely not the last. 🏃🏻‍♂️✨

Turns out, sometimes the hardest part of training is knowing when to rest.

3 days into the flu and all I can think about is getting back on the court. 😂

But recovery is part of the process too. No training, no drills, no games for now. Just rest, recover, and let the body do its thing.

Can’t wait to get back to pickleball, work on my game, and keep getting better one session at a time.

For now… bed > court.

Who else gets impatient when they’re forced to rest? 😅

September, you were good to me. 💙

I met new people, made new memories, and somehow found a whole new kind of happiness in pickleball.

At the same time, I’m still lucky enough to have the people who have been there since day one. The ones who have always been kind, supportive, genuine, and never made me feel like I had to be anything other than myself.

Somewhere between the training, the games, the wins, the losses, the laughs, and all the random moments in between, I realized just how happy I’ve been lately.

Probably the happiest I’ve felt all year.

I’m still figuring things out. Still learning. Still working on my game. Still trying to become better, both on and off the court.

But I think that’s what makes this season of my life feel so good.

I’m not trying to have it all figured out. I’m just grateful I get to enjoy the process with good people around me.

September was a reminder that sometimes, life gets better when you simply show up, play the game, meet people, and let yourself enjoy it.

And honestly, I wouldn’t trade this version of my life for anything.

Here’s to the people, the memories, the training, the pickleball, and all the little moments that made September one to remember.

Day 2 with Coach Kenzo 🏓

Working on the things that don’t always look flashy but make a BIG difference in a game.

Resets. Dinks. Speed ups. Kitchen control.

Still making mistakes. Still figuring things out. Still trying to make every shot a little more intentional.

I’m slowly learning that getting better isn’t about looking perfect on the court. It’s about putting in the reps, trusting the process, and actually applying what I’ve been training.

One session at a time. One ball at a time.

And honestly… the kitchen is starting to become one of my favorite places to be.

Some people find their training partners.

I got lucky enough to be born with mine.

Having a sister who shares the same passion for pickleball makes every session a little more special.

We train, compete, learn, struggle, laugh, and somehow still want to play another game after all that.

I’m not trying to be perfect.
I’m just trying to get better, one game and one training session at a time.

And honestly, having someone beside you who understands the obsession makes the journey so much better.

Grateful for the game.
Grateful for the growth.
And always grateful for my sister.
