I was walking my dog in downtown SD and one day I walked past this cute hidden gem @hinar.cafe told myself, “I’m coming back.” Every time after that, it was packed, so I figured it had to be good.

This morning I finally
stopped in… and babyyy. ☕️😍

I tried their Ethiopian coffee and after about two sips, I was like, “Okay, let’s get this day started.”Facts.😭

But honestly, as good as the coffee was, the people made it even better. The lady at the register was so sweet and welcoming, and they let me order my little custom drink that I literally get everywhere.

My order:
✨ 2–3 shots of espresso
✨ Cold foam ( pistachio flavor)
Came with Crushed pistachios on top

Safe to say this one’s making the downtown coffee rotation. If you’re out and about, stop in and show them some love. Y’all know I’m always looking for those spots with good coffee and good people… and this one has both. ☕️ by @foodatized

Back when I was in elementary school & some of middle I would spend the weekend, shoot every weekend at my uncle house in encanto on the hill. This was a staple in the community where everyone gathered with their chairs, blankets, friends, family and just had a good time.

We would spend the night before talking about where our spot was going to be at and how early we was going to walk down. What a time to be alive.

Now, it’s back, after all these years and I’m happy I was able to stop by and witness this day. Welcome back ENCANTO street fair ! To everyone who brought this event together and back to the community, much love. 🤎

This was my very first time at the @thecooperfamilyfoundation and I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. From the food, kids’ area, performances, hip hop, and the old school jams…I had a a TIME! So MAD I couldnt be everywhere at one time. This is far from everything that was going on.

Of course I had to stop by @we.cookn and get my fried shrimp plate. Growing up in LA, you know I’m a sucker for some fried shrimp and fries. 😂 I also got to see @gods_juicepage and so many more amazing vendors. Shoutout to @karebykeryemone always bringing great energy and good vibes. @crumb.pop , thank you for letting me charge my phone, if it wasn’t for yall I wouldn’t have captured half of this.

I ran into family, caught up with vendors I haven’t seen in a while, and met some new faces along the way. That little cute guy putting on his shoes, was my little cousin and he had so much FUN!

Huge shoutout to the @thecooperfamilyfoundation for continuing to create a space for us to celebrate, connect, and bring the community together. Juneteenth weekend in San Diego was definitely one to remember. 🖤✊🏾 by @foodatized

Found a new cookie spot 🍪 and y’all… try that Sweet cornbread cookie! I tried the Banana chocolate & Biscoff bliss. FIRE & MOIST! @essiential.bakes

I had to show love outside of food too 🤎✨
