When they’re first born everyone who’s experienced parenthood will tell you to cherish every moment because they’ll be grown before you know it. I’m here to say that statement is true. I’m not sure when it happened, but Geneva is now 8 years old. When I look back at videos like the one above I still see the same facial expressions as I do now, but still it’s different. I’m looking forward to the next 8 years, and 8 after that, and all the moments to cherish in between. by @foodcationforever

Pit stop in Leucadia before heading on to Korea. Getting those tastebuds a good stretch. Thanks, @manna_leucadia, for such a delicious brunch.

When you see that spot along your travels that catches your eye, stop for a sec and grab a taco or two. You never know what deliciousness awaits!

I never thought I’d ever be a cat parent but here we are. I’ve got a kid who’s certifiably a cat person and so we have Butterbean. I’ll have to say that, outside of the foot pouncing in the middle of the night, she’s pretty much the best cat I could’ve asked for. by @foodcationforever

When you’re in your mid-40’s but no longer drinking, and no longer able to eat your feelings thanks to the help of the GLP-1 you need to take for health reasons, what do you turn to for comfort or fun? Well, the answer for me is pulling cardboard. 🤓 #pokemon #pokemoncards by @foodcationforever

If this moment doesn’t make me ache for moments in my own childhood I don’t know what would. taken in Avondale Estates, Georgia by @foodcationforever

A dish so good it deserved its own reel. The natto mix from the @shingen.stixwaikiki soba stall at @stixasia. Simple flavors packed with umami- soba noodles, natto, grated mountain yam, okra, bonito flakes, seaweed, scallions, and onsen egg served with shoyu. I will definitely be making this at home. taken in STIX ASIA by @foodcationforever

Went on a Hawaiian roller coaster ride this morning. There were no whale sightings but the two hour boat ride was worth every penny even without the whales. taken in Waikiki, Hawaii by @foodcationforever
