Someone is about to find out they're going to New Caledonia 🌴

From game day to gourmet dining. 🏟️🍽️

What happens when you combine two internationally renowned chefs, a five-course feast and some of Hnry Stadium’s most iconic spaces? You get Pitch to Plate! 👨‍🍳✨

Last week, we teamed up with The Food Show to bring this unique dining experience to life, hosted by celebrity chefs Colin Fassnidge and Manu Feildel.

Guests were taken behind the scenes, from the players’ entrance and changing rooms, through the Players Tunnel and onto the pitch, where Colin and Manu were waiting to greet them among flame pots and smoke effects. 🔥

The evening finished in our Level 4 Hnry Gallery with a five-course dinner, plenty of laughs and some incredible food. 🍽️

🎉 Wellington has spoken!

Ruchita has taken out the Cake Off with her incredible creation, "The Dreamer's Voyage"!

@ruchita_bakes huge congratulations, what a way to close out the Cake Off for 2026! 🏆🍰

A massive thank you to everyone who entered this year, the creativity on show never fails to blow us away. And a special shoutout to Thorndon School for contributing almost 100 pieces of art for our gallery wall behind the cakes, made by their incredibly talented students.

What a weekend, Wellington. 🧡

Three days. Thousands of food lovers. Countless tastings, conversations, discoveries and memorable moments.

As The Wellington Food Show 2026 comes to a close at Hnry Stadium, we're feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make it such a special event.

To our exhibitors, thank you for bringing your brands, stories and flavours to Wellington. You filled the show floor with energy, innovation and passion and gave visitors plenty to talk about long after they left.

To our sponsors and partners, thank you for being part of the journey and helping us bring this event to life.

Behind the scenes, our staff, crew and volunteers have poured an enormous amount of time and effort into every detail. Events like this are truly a team effort, and we're lucky to have such a dedicated group making it all happen.

And to everyone who joined us over the last three days, thank you for making the show what it is. Whether you came for your favourite brands, discovered something completely new, or simply spent the day enjoying great food and drink with friends and whānau, we're so glad you were part of it.
