I met Alex from Foolsmate in the UK jazz ensemble a few years ago. I was immediately impressed by how fleshed out and thoughtful the songs he was writing straight out of high school were, and they’ve only gotten better over the years.

Their set at FFF3 this year is ANTBMUAC (absolutely not to be missed under any circumstances), for the uninitiated I recommend the songs “Pilot Episode” and “Boomhaur”!! by @foolsmateband

Foolsmate is an Indie emo band from Lexington Ky. Delivering personal lyrics through catchy melodies and tight vocal harmonies, Foolsmate delivers a unique sound that will get your hips moving. Also they have a trumpet player which is epic :P
