Phuong's about to close his first seven-figure year.

So we spent three days together in Perth.

Day 1: beach meditation. Cold dip in the water.
Set the tone before any business talk.

Day 2: mapped his seven-figure funnel.
ICP. Offer. Scalable acquisition.

The funnel itself?
Actually pretty simple.

The hard part is knowing what you're doing it for.

Day 3: hike through the Perth hills.
Three hours of real conversation.
And here's what came out of it.

Seven figures is great.

But Phuong's not doing this for the number.

He's doing it for his team.
For his family.
For more camping trips with his wife and daughter.
For more time being there.

That's the real game.
Most video agency owners chase the revenue and forget the reason.

Head down. Phone glued. Inbox running their life.

Then they get there and realise they built a business they don't want to live inside of.

The number on its own isn't the win.

Inviting people to our new office and guiding them in-person was one of the main reasons I moved in the first place.

There's just something so fundamentally powerful about helping Video Agency Owners in the same room.

This is probably the best tool that has ever happened in 2026 for entrepreneurs because it allows you to work on your business at almost the speed of thought.

Some of the things I've used it to help me with:

1. using it to clean up my GoHigher level contact database.

2. i'v used it to interface with my ClickUp, and I started making AI agents to help me get the work done.

3. Scheduled meetings on Google Calendar just via the Claude interface

4. Run some automations on make.com.

These are only some of the things I've been doing, but the possibility is endless. by @foongtran
