“All models are wrong, but some are useful” - George Box

The mandatory quote

Drawing (and re-drawing) out my model has likely been the single most useful professional development activity I have ever done.

The concept of “a model” now extensively shapes how I view mentorship. It is critical in the delivery of insight.

I have tremendous gratitude to @bill_hartman_pt for the original push to engage in this process

“Write or draw out your model to clarify your process” - Bill Hartman

During the month of February, Alex had the pleasure of representing Canada at the World Aquatic Championships as their physiotherapist.⠀
⠀
The trip started with a training camp at the beautiful Gloria Sports Centre in Antalya, Turkey.⠀
⠀
After that the team flew to Doha where the world Championships would take place. Here Alex was responsible for helping team Canada stay ready for competition, treat any injuries, and help aid in recovery.⠀
⠀
Alex would like to thank all the swimmers and staff on an absolutely amazing experience.⠀
