AGENT ORANGE Not only will this orange stain seep into people overseas for generations, but also the people he is supposed to represent and protect back home by @footceramics
Sooo happy to announce this ceramic art show with foot @footceramics and Hank @h__oly on Saturday September 19 from 6p to 9p. ❣️‼️ There will be funky cool sculptures. 🙂‍↕️ There will be thoughts provoked. There will be fun people to chat up. There will be joy in the air. There may or may not be refreshments. 🌠 #backyardbisque #bethereorbesquare by @footceramics
Here is my alebrije for the @backyardbisque @artimebarro La Magia de Alebrijes Grant. The two animals I decided to mash together were a hermit crab 🐚 and a garden snail 🐌 . I chose these creatures because I resonate with how they both can call anywhere home. Also being a half belizian who loves plants it just felt like the perfect duo. I decided to use a ceramic bottle shape as the shell to represent how I found a home in ceramics and working with clay will be something I continue til the end of time. STAY TUNED the grant recipient will be announced next week. Super excited to show you all the cool work the participants made✨🚀🎉😱🧑‍🎨 by @footceramics

Reclaim Finds by @footceramics
After arriving to the studio late last night😴, I was shocked to find these pieces sadly discarded in the reclaim bin. So cold. So lonely 😞🪿With just five cents a day😮‍💨🥰, you can help save a deserted pot. #anythinghelps #findapot #saveapot by @footceramics
Spring Cleaning 003 & 004 by @footceramics

Cool forms made by foot and the glaze is meeee The less time I spend overthinking glaze combos and just do, the more interesting it turns out. Who woulda thought ??? by @footceramics
Check out my planter that was inspired by the Echeveria Mauna Loa 👀 It’s a succulent identifiable by its bumpy leaves that resemble flowing lava and volcanic rocks. It is one of three classified in the ‘volcano series’ plant grouping. I really wanted to play with the contrast between soft and rough, since the succulent wields both. The duel texture represents the outer rigid edges yet smooth inside skin of the leaves. The glaze choices were also very intentional to show as much of a crater-like volcano + lava scene as possible. Thank you @resedapottery for the prompt. 🌋 by @footceramics
Spring Cleaning 001 & 002 by @footceramics
My garage was once a space for me to create in the comfort of my home instead of going all the way to the studio. Anytime I had an idea I could go outside and get to work, but some months ago we had some renovations done and the garage turned into storage and got out of hand. I want to return it back to a space where I could invite people over to get creative. The first step is holding myself accountable and glazing all of my bisque. I am also going to use this opportunity to experiment with surface. This series of work that will come out of the garage clean up will be call “Spring Cleaning” by @footceramics
