Five years. 🩷 Today we celebrate our beautiful Helen and the light, laughter and joy she brought to our dance family. She was witty, kind, fiercely loyal, the life of the party and an absolute powerhouse on stage. Five years later, her spirit is still woven into the heart of FootNotes and she continues to dance with us every day. Sending so much love today to everyone who loved her, especially her beautiful mom, @belindaenyong. We love you. We miss you. We will always dance for you, Helen. 🪽🩷🕊️ #WeDanceForHelen by @footnotesdance

💗 Pink Out Week 💗 September 28-October 1 This week we invite our entire FootNotes family to join us in celebrating the life of Helen Wamey, a beloved member of our FootNotes family for 14 years. Helen began her dance journey when she was just four years old. She grew up within our walls and became a member of our Elite Competitive Team with The Vibe Performance Company. During her senior year at Marist High School, Helen passed away unexpectedly, leaving an immeasurable impact on all of us who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Helen was vivacious, funny, kind, welcoming and full of joy. Her smile literally lit up the stage and her spirit continues to be a part of who we are at FootNotes and within The Vibe. Throughout Pink Out Week, we ask all of our students to wear PINK to class, Helen’s favorite color, as we celebrate her life, her love of dance, and the joy she brought to so many. Let’s fill the studio with pink, kindness, love, light and a whole lot of dancing. #wedanceforHelen 🩷 by @footnotesdance
