Let me re-introduce myself for all the new humans here!

I’m Mary, a full-time self-employed designer and muralist based in Raleigh.

I love making bold and weird art that makes people laugh and hopefully allows them to feel more belonging.

Thanks for hanging out online with me, you’re so cool 🤎

Sunday, Oct. 11th 2-6pm come out of the rain and join us for a cozy wellness market inside @ws_wellnesscollective

📍612 N Trade St. Winston Salem, NC

Come settle in and snack on some fresh charcuterie from @boardandbread.co and sip on a warm tea from @earthessentials . ☕️

Wander around the small businesses. Support local. With lots of cancelled markets this weekend, it matters to our neighbors who depend on income from it.

Henna with @buenahenna, massage with @relaxwitheboni, reiki energy with @katiekleinsoulshine, your relaxing experience awaits. 🌿

Awake your creativity with artists like watercolor with @jesseraeakin, bold colors with @monica.douglas82 or metal jewelry with @venusandvitriol.

Grab a fresh candle for cozy season from @waveofcandles or a herbal infusion from @hifrequencyliving.

Start finding the perfect gift from @forageandroam and @honeybeehempfarms 💛

We’re keeping the door open for you,

Today marks one year of running Forage & Roam full-time!

Cheers to a year and the seven before when I ran her part-time. 🥂

Making this transition and moving to a new city simultaneously was wild. But I can honestly say I am so incredibly proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish in my first year of full-time business ownership and I can’t wait to see what’s next! :)

Love ya! 🫶🏼

My NC cities sticker collection is growing 🤭

Which city do you want to see next?!

I released the “Raleigh” sticker in this collection on my wholesale shop this summer, and it immediately became a best seller. Why not add some more?! 😁

Current cities available: Asheville, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Durham, High Point, Raleigh, and Wilmington! taken in North Carolina by @forageandroam
