100 year old Speedway forks polished and prepared to be nickel plated. These aren’t mine but belong to a friend who’s restoring an old JAP engined bike. It’s hard. Much harder than polishing aluminium. Fortunately, they don’t need to be perfect as he intends to maintain some patina by keeping some of the ‘shale rash’ #shedbuiltbikes #speedway #japspeedway #japspeedwayengines #motorcyclerestoration by @forcefed_vw

Using my unfinished SolidWorks model and Gemini to assemble my bike concept. Custom oil tank will hopefully occupy the rear triangle to make room for brass truncated cone-shaped velocity stacks. #vintagetriumph #shedbuiltbikes #rigidtriumph #girderforks #solidworks by @forcefed_vw

Some more progress with the rigid Triumph project. The crankcases and BSA M20 gearbox are modelled. The rest of the frame and forks need completing. Then I have to design engine plates, primary case, oil tank, saddle, petrol tank…….its a long list. #shedbuiltbikes #shedbuiltmotorcycles #triumphmotorcycles #solidworks #girderfork by @forcefed_vw
