Sometimes I forget that I can sing. But it turns out, I’m actually not bad at singing. This yeah I’m doing my best to meet myself where I am. Perfection isn’t real, and even “pretty good” is subjective. I challenged myself to just show up and put my stuff out there for the world. It’s dumb and scary and exciting, and I’m forcing myself to do it. Merriest of openings to my ***wonderful*** cast and crew of The Wizard of Oz at the Broadway Palm! This process was such a whirlwind, and I couldn’t have a better partner in crime than Victor Legarreta. This brilliant human knows this show like the back of his paw, and I honestly wouldn’t have made it through without him. I’m so proud of my beautiful cast. This show is a beast, and everyone dove in head first. Thank you for your tremendous energy and your patience. As always, thank you so much to Brian Enzman and Will Prather @willyprageon for the opportunity. After all, there’s no place like home, and Prather Entertainment has become a beautiful home for me in the last decade and a half. If you find yourself in southwest Florida, make sure you catch The Wizard of Oz running now until August 8th!

I’m so freaking proud of this group of absolute first rate humans! Choreographing this production has been a blast, and I’m so grateful for the way this whole cast devoured this show. The amount of effort and talent in the rehearsal room every day was incredible, and the hard work definitely paid off. This show is great!
