❤️🖤VOLUNTEERING IS OFTEN A THANKLESS JOB… BUT YOUR HARD WORK DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED!

Behind every successful team, every game, every practice, and every smiling child are dedicated volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart without expecting anything in return.

To our Coaches and Team Managers, we want you to know that YOU ARE APPRECIATED EVERYDAY!

We know the long hours, sacrifices, challenges, and behind-the-scenes work that come with volunteering. We also know that sometimes the complaints are louder than the thank-yous. But please never forget the difference you are making in the lives of our youth.

You are more than coaches and team managers. You are mentors, role models, leaders, and an important part of The Ville.

Your dedication does not go unnoticed, your sacrifices are not forgotten, and your impact goes far beyond the field.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for showing up, stepping up, and continuing to put The Ville first!
