I am SO proud of us! ❤️

Today I hosted a business meeting, and we BOTH did our pitches!

I’m especially proud of my friend because she gave her pitch for the very first time and she even made some sales! That is what stepping out on faith and putting yourself out there can look like!

We’re learning, growing, supporting each other, and showing up for our businesses. It truly takes a community!

I couldn’t find my tea strainer, so I improvised! I placed the stem with the leaves still intact right into 8 oz of steaming hot water and let it steep.
And now… I feel calm, refreshed, and ready for my day.

Someone asks, “So what exactly do you do?” 😂

Well…

I grow herbs.
I dry herbs.
I create herb blends.
I teach people how to use herbs.
I experiment with new products.
I talk about gardening probably WAY too much. 😂
And somehow… I became an herb lady!

But honestly, LeCherbs Herbs is about more than selling herbs.

It’s about helping people reconnect with what grows around them, learn how to use herbs in everyday life, and bring a little more nature into their homes.

I asked Instagram to caption this photo, and the caption was “ancestral healing.”

At first, I had to really think about that.

My ancestors were gardeners for generations and generations. Six years ago, I was looking for something to do. I was overwhelmed, and honestly, I needed some quiet time. I bought a few flowers and one herb and started gardening.

Little did I know, I was planting more than flowers and herbs.

Something about being in the garden brought healing to my soul. It gave me peace. It gave me something to nurture, and in the process, it nurtured me.

I truly believe my green thumb comes from my ancestors. Maybe it was something tucked deep inside my soul, waiting for the right moment to reveal itself.

Six years later, I understand that the garden didn't just become something I do.

It became a part of who I am.

Maybe this is what ancestral healing looks like for me, reconnecting with something that was already in me and allowing it to bloom.
