There’s a lifetime of climbing for me here. It’s been real. Hasta la pasta Tahoe. 😢

Trip has come to an end. I identified a number of things to work on, and overall, I think I learned quite a bit. Almost got my first V8 flash, but it starts on the same holds as the other problems. Got my 20th outdoor V8. I think I can still do a few things before I turn 48. Going to continue working on movement to refine how I move. Back to Austin and the Super El Niño.

Following my Colorado trip, I had an epiphany and came to the realization that I don’t truly understand how to climb efficiently. For me to climb better and closer to my perception of my full potential, I have to add new details to my existing foundation. I’ve been incorporating the principles from @hanjosephclimbs and @be.bex.beyond ‘s amazing videos into my climbing. I finally understand @anglinside old interview about “Position Over Everything (P.O.E).” I feel like a moron for taking so long to get it. It feels like It’ll take a lot of work, but I should be ready by next year. Thanks to the coaches whose work helped me with building my foundation @boulderbushido @coachjfire @paradigm_climbing_coaching.

I’m excited to see what the upcoming season will yield. by @forever_v3

Snippets from the week. by @forever_v3

Exhausted from the total number of days on (4 out of 5 days); I could see the fatigue in the way I moved. Only Joy and Joy SDS ticked today. Rest days in store.
