I know life gets busy, and there are so many things competing for our time. But if we’ve ever crossed paths through hula, lei making, business, community events, high school, college, friendship, or simply life, I hope you’ll consider joining me on June 20.

The last few years have brought challenges I never expected, and while I’ve done my best to keep moving forward, the truth is I could really use the support of my community right now.

There is so much more to this day than dancing. If Hot Hula isn’t your thing, that’s okay. Come say aloha, visit with friends old and new, shop our vendors, or simply stop by to support and let me know you’re there.

Whether you’re a longtime friend, a newer friend, a former student, coworker, classmate, family member, or one of my cherished friends from days gone by, I would truly love to see you.

And while the flyer may look like it’s geared toward the ladies, this event is for everyone. I would especially love to see the men in my life come out and show their support too.

And there it is… just two more lei to complete, and graduation lei season is officially over! 🌺🎓

This has been the busiest lei season in all of my 22 years in business.

There were definitely a few challenges along the way—the addition of a third dialysis day each week, restrictions on driving to pick up much-needed materials, clients having to work around my dialysis schedule, and the excruciating lower back pain from my accident. But with a lot of determination, understanding clients, and a trusty shiatsu massager, we made it through!

I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have created more than 1,500 lei this season, with the amazing help of my sister-girl Malamakanani and her keiki. Over 1,500 lei is absolutely mind-blowing to me!

But perhaps the most rewarding part of all is watching time come full circle. Former graduates who once wore my lei are now reaching out to order lei for their own children. That kind of legacy and trust is something I never take for granted.

To every family, graduate, friend, and supporter who chose The Forever Lei Collection to be part of your special moments—mahalo nui loa from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than you know. 🌺💖
