‼️Another conversation, another story from our community.

This time we sat down with @coach_shimizu Ryan, owner of @motion.performance.studio Fitness, to talk about building something bigger than a gym, creating a place where people connect, grow, and support each other. The challenges of being a new owner, vision and why he trains people.

This is just one of many conversations we’re bringing you. Stay tuned for the full interview, and if you believe in supporting local businesses and the people behind them, follow, like, and share. Together, we build a stronger community. 🤍 taken in Gitana Cafe by @forewordnow

love this video thank you @forewordfilms gracias 🙏 This video captures everything
The calm before the sunrise. The quiet moments on the track. The people who show up, day after day, chasing a better version of themselves.
Running has taught me gratitude, discipline, resilience, and the importance of community. It’s not always about being the fastest it’s about Showing up, putting in the work, and enjoying the journey.
Every step reminds me that we are capable of more than we think. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others. taken in Gitana Cafe by @forewordnow

24 Hours of Booty continues to be one of the best days of my year. This year will be no different. Come check out “Impact in Motion” on Thursday, July 17th for a look into the last 24 years of the events existence (and the last 6 months of my work life). Grateful for the opportunity to tell this story. It’s one I will be proud of for the rest of my life. #lovemylife taken in The Booty Loop by @forewordnow
