Friday nights in the Salon have been something special this October. Join us for the finale of our music series tonight (Oct. 30th) from 5pm-7pm with @gdaband - a groovy trio from Geneva. 🎹 by @forgecellars_salon

Closing out the Harvest Bar music series is Geneva’s very own, @gdaband! Stop by this Friday (10/30) from 5pm-7pm to hear this groovy trio do their thang. Costumes encouraged 🎃

Formerly known as Project X, Galactic Dolphin Alliance (GDA) blends sweet sweet experimental sounds of world, jazz and an array of other genres. Featuring Geneva locals Zach Schoonover, James Ralls, and Aaron Holland - GDA never fails to deliver their signature blend of funky, psychedelic grooves for an upbeat, immersive set. by @forgecellars_salon

MAQ is back at the Harvest Bar this Friday (10/23) from 5pm-7pm. 🎷

MAQ is a musical ensemble based in Ithaca, NY comprised of some of the area’s best seasoned jazz and Brazilian-music musicians. Its members have individually toured throughout the United States and Europe, in venues from concert halls to clubs, performing everything from classic and modern jazz to Brazilian bossa, choro and forro music.

Bonus: we’ll be pouring Bordeaux by the glass and harvesting Bellows vineyard. 😉 by @forgecellars_salon

This Friday (10/16) we are welcoming some of Rochester’s finest, Briana Horton & Iggy Marino, to take the Salon stage!

Iggy is the frontman of @publicwatersupply , supplying vocals, guitar and creativity. Public water supply is a local Rochester band with several albums that has toured all over! Briana is a vocalist and songwriter known for her vocal acrobatics that you can hear in any of her live sets she plays. She occasionally joins public water supply on their sets, and she and Iggy also create a jamming duo set where they weave their vocal harmonies together, and create a fun atmosphere full of improvised moments.

What is Harvest Bar? For the month of October, the Salon takes on a slightly new shape to celebrate this year’s harvest; we’ll have all the good stuff plus a little extra. As things speed up in the winery, we’re going to match that energy in the Salon to celebrate the hard work that’s taking place here in the Lakes & around the globe. The fires will be blazing, live music every Friday, and best of all; we’re opening up the cellar & pouring wines by the glass/half glass that you rarely see out in the wild. See you there. by @forgecellars_salon

Kicking off the month at the Harvest Bar: Mark Maynard & Friends!

Mark Maynard is a singer-songwriter based in Ithaca, known for his original compositions, jam band influences, and collaborative live performances with his band, Scuba Jerry. He will be joined on stage by an assortment of local talent for his Salon debut from 5pm-7pm this Friday (Oct. 2). ⚡️ by @forgecellars_salon

Tomato season ain’t over yet. This week’s special was a no brainer: Pan Con Tomate 🍅 Juicy, ripe local tomatoes grated onto crusty, garlic-rubbed bread and topped with either spicy anchovies or Jamón Ibérico, finished with @chateauderouanne Olive Oil & Seneca Salt. Pair these sweet & salty morsels with a glass of Shale and you’ll be one happy camper. by @forgecellars_salon
