Cycling Training with Coach Matt Denis
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT: Matt Denis is a writer, cyclist, and cycling coach in Salt Lake City. After taking up the sport later in life, he quickly became interested in the physiological and psychological aspects of the sport, and after years of independent research, started @forgedperformancecoaching in order to help others get the most out of their gifts. His other interests include reading, death metal, and spending time with his wife and four pets. From Matt: “I started @forgedperformancecoaching to address what I saw as a misconception in the cycling community, which is that you have to be this good to hire a coach, like the cycling equivalent of those signs outside roller coasters. I think coaching is a great tool for anyone who has goals they want to achieve, no matter what those goals are, and the ambition and attention to detail required to follow a structured plan. I really enjoy working with everyone from Cat 1’s to people more or less brand new to the sport, and I do what I can to make the benefits of coaching available to people at a price point that makes it more accessible.” Beyond grateful for Matt’s support and guidance in 2026! taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @forgedperformancecoaching
