Let’s talk about Saturday…

Wow the @larmertree pavilion looked incredible, from the detailed tablecloths, touch of pink in the napkins and candles and just look at those flowers!

What a team we had to make it all come together, our very own Sharon & Millie who laid the linen, cutlery, crockery & glassware and the amazing styling and tablescaping from @nyarueevents @linenandlaceevents @arcadeflowers @just4linen @thewhitechaircompany

On the menu was a succulent chicken thigh starter, a tandoori lamb dish for main course and a berry bliss cheesecake for dessert and it all went down a storm!

Meet Mike 👋

Mike joined the business in 2004 and has been at the helm as Director since 2007.

A true food lover with a keen eye for detail, he is passionate about ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly delivered.

A real people person, Mike thrives on building relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. His approachable nature and hands-on leadership style help create the seamless, personal experience that Forkingout is known for.

Outside of work, you’ll find him out on his bike, in the gym, or enjoying time with his family 🚴🏼‍♂️🏋🏽👫👦🏼

Meet Sam 👋

Head chef Sam has grown up with Forkingout, starting his career here at the age of 15! He studied at Salisbury College and completed his Level 3 qualification in house.

He is a total foodie and lives and breathes cooking. He prides himself on his attention to detail and the high quality he sets himself and his team.

He loves fishing, football, golf and food 🎣⚽️🏌🏼🍔

Meet Matt 👋

Matt joined Forkingout in 2015, straight from school. He has become an integral part of the team, with the depth of skills to turn his hand to any aspect of cooking and food preparation.

Another true ‘foodie’, Matt always prides himself on the quality of his food, both its taste and presentation and can always be found with a smile on his face.

The newest member of the Forkingout team, James AKA @chef_aboutsalisbury joined us in 2024, although he has been a chef for over 24 years.

James has a passion for cooking over fire, and can be found showing off his expertise with our Fire Feasts, BBQs and evening events.

In his spare time he enjoys camping and making the most of the wonderful Wiltshire countryside 🏕️🔥🍖
