Summer may soon be coming to an end… but we’re not ready to let go of these bright hues just yet!

We’ve been invited to be a part of countless breathtaking celebrations, but there are some love stories so stunning that they’re never far from mind — G + J’s special day in 2022 is one such example 🤍

We couldn't have asked for better weather for the 2026 Sunset Gala at World's End last month 🌇

We're honored to continue to support @thetrustees in their efforts to preserve public access to beautiful conservation land in Massachusetts 🌳

Taking a moment on this #tbt (is that still a thing or did I spend too long thinking about 2014?) to look back on some of the Harvest Dinners we’ve catered at @landssake over the last TWELVE (!!!) years!

Working with local farms is one of the cornerstones of Forklift Catering, and Land’s Sake Farm is one of our favorites! 🥰 by @forkliftcatering

Bigger than an appetizer, smaller than a main... it's the best of both worlds—the Passed Small Plate!

More substantial than a single-bite hors d’oeuvre, but still allowing guests to sample a variety of dishes, our Passed Small Plates are a fantastic addition to receptions or cocktail parties occurring over a mealtime!

Featuring:
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Tahini, Calabrian Chilies, Mint, and Toasted Pepitas

Thai Grilled Beef with Tomato Corn Salad and Nuoc Cham

Chicken Yakitori with 5-Spice Mayo, Steamed Rice and Spicy Cucumber Salad

Roasted Broccoli Caesar with Pecorino Romano Cheese, Pepperoncini Aioli

If you work in the events industry, then you know what this time last week was like...

Hopping on and off the phone all day, sending email after email, refreshing the weather app 100 times, then checking a different weather app to see if there were less stressful predictions to be found elsewhere...

40mph wind gusts and torrential rain... A Nor'easter touching down on one of the most popular wedding weekends of the year... and yet...

We still pulled off THREE large-scale events last Saturday! And by 'pulled off', I mean absolutely crushed each one. 😏

Nearly a full year of planning and preparation went into this backyard wedding in Lincoln, but Mother Nature does as she will and the week leading up to the Harvest Moon was full of last minute pivots. Only a truly stellar and dedicated team of vendors could have pulled off what we did.

The tents went up and the lights were hung; linens were draped and flowers were placed; delicious food was served and enjoyed... even as the storm raged on outside, not even a Nor'easter could compete with the joy and love shared on this day.

Congratulations to L + J on your truly one of a kind wedding day. ☔️ 🌈 ☀️

How could we forget to share this mouth-watering stationary display of charcuterie and other unique bites from a June reception we catered!

Meats, cheeses, crackers, fresh fruits and pickles were accompanied by additional options such as:
Tomato and Basil Bruschetta 🍅
Watermelon with Feta, Mint and Balsamic Glaze 🍉
Chilled Blackened Jumbo Shrimp with Fresh Herb and Lemon Remoulade 🦐

The variety in this spread had guests coming back repeatedly for more! by @forkliftcatering
