We understand how stressful fairs can be when you have celiac disease or need to eat gluten free. The worry about cross contamination, finding safe food, and trying to enjoy yourself at the same time is real.

That’s why we’re at the McHenry County Fair all week—to be your safe place for 100% gluten-free food. 💛 we also can do many vegan/dairy free variations.

Not a poutine fan? No worries! We also have chicken tenders, garlic Parmesan fries, and plain fries.

Not a food truck post ✨ just an appreciation post.

✨ Celiac Cruise Update ✨

So many of you have asked about the celiac cruise, and all I can say is… wow. ❤️

From the moment I stepped onboard, I felt welcomed. Being surrounded by people who truly understand the challenges of living with celiac disease—especially while traveling—was something I’ll never forget. Having dedicated dining areas, safe meals, and even late-night snacks meant I could simply relax and enjoy the experience.

One thing that really stuck with me was hearing how many people haven’t had French fries in years because they can’t find a safe fryer. It gave me a whole new appreciation for what we do at Fork n Fry. Creating a safe place where people with celiac / or gluten free dedicated can enjoy food without fear is something I’ll never take for granted.

Huge shoutout to my fellow gluten free food truck friends for making gluten-free dining safer. We’re making a difference.

I traveled solo, coming home with a full heart, and I’m so grateful for this amazing community. Now it’s time to get back to the food truck! ❤️🍟

Garlic Parmesan fries topped in marinara sauce, pesto infused cheese curds and shredded Parmesan. ✨
